Wassi's Mac & Cheese is not your ordinary Mac & Cheese. Yes, we start with elbow macaroni, but everything after that is not your usual Macaroni & Cheese. First we cook & chop a generous portion of our famous bacon to add to the macaroni. Then we make a bechamel sauce using heavy cream, butter, and cream cheese, along with a spice blend of nutmeg and imported black peppers. Then we add Monterey Cheese and Wisconsin Cheddar. Finally we top it off with a butter and fresh sour dough bread crumb mixture.
